As many may know five year old can only take looking at a waterfall for so long, therefore we decided spend a day in Toronto. The drive was a straight shot, I did however use my phones GPS which unfortunately racked up $50 in roaming fees.
One of my sons favorite things to do is visit aquariums. So while in Toronto our main focus was the Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada. If you’ve ever been to one of the two Ripley’s Aquariums in the states it’s very similar, the only difference was they have a exhibit dedicated to Canada’s sea life.
Like any museum or aquarium allow yourself a couple of hours to go through the place, especially if its crowded. We went on a Friday afternoon and there just happen to be several school field trips there.
I decided not to go up into the CN Tower, due to time, but we did spend a short time in the Toronto Railway Museum and climbing on the trains outside.
